Ordering
The wait time for a rod not in stock will generally be 30 days. If you wish to order a specific model we can pre order that rod for you and a non refundable $200.00 deposit is required. We will contact you once your rod becomes available. If you at that time wish to pass on the rod it will be sold to the next customer in line.

Warranty
All of our new rods carry an unconditional warranty. Once you have received the rod and or reel, you have three days to inspect it. After that grace period, the merchandise then belongs to you. Left Coast Tackle must be contacted by phone if you wish to return an item within that three day period. Any customers returning a rod or reel not in original condition will be charged a fee commiserate with said condition once we have received it back and inspected it. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance including return charges, no exceptions. Items are insured for their full value.

All Deposits, for new or used rods, are non-refundable. No Exceptions!

 

Shipping
All rods and reels will be shipped via USPS Priority Insured. Rods will be shipped in PVC tubing and/or USPS triangle cardboard boxes to insure safety as best as possible.

Payment
Left Coast Tackle takes payment by check, PayPal or postal/money bank order. Rods and reels will not be shipped until payment has been received. Checks must clear our bank before your products are shipped.
