We are extremely delighted with our “Yamame” series of rods. These particular rods are aimed at our fellow Japanese fly fishermen who like to present tiny flies to cherry trout on small mountain streams. But don’t let that deter you; you don’t have to be from a foreign country to enjoy these rods. These beauties are now available only in a hollow built format featuring three and four weight tapers in a delicate light dry fly taper, and they are an absolute delight to fish. Our current offerings are an eight foot three piece for a #4 line and a seven foot two piece for a #3 line. They feature bright hardware, Thramer agate stripping guides, spalted maple fillers, and our signature wrap. All rods are shipped with a hand sewn rod bag, brass capped rod tube, and unique ferrule plugs. Offered at $2195.00 for a three piece and $1995.00 for a two piece.
